Interior House Painting

If elegance and charm is what you really appreciate, and exquisite and breathtaking painting is what you demand; then look no further than American Painting and Pressure Cleaning, Inc.

We never run from the demanding customer that refuses to settle for “maintenance painting”, and we never subject our clients/customers to such a harsh sentence. We believe in good old fashion craftsmanship and honest and dependable service.  We’re talking about fine lines that are sharp and straight; details that are clear and precise, and uniform finishes that look good under the most intense lighting and scrutiny.

Painting Prep Steps
  1. Remove or cover all furniture and light fixtures.
  2. Remove light-switch covers and plates.
  3. Remove Window treatments and hardware.
  4. Always cover floors unless replacing them.
  5. Tape-up any exposed wood that you deem necessary.
  6. Repair sheetrock/drywall if needed and fill any holes.
  7. Sand necessary area surfaces as needed.
  8. Dust and vacuum walls, ceiling, trim, doors, etc.

Priming
  1. Apply a quality primer to your prepared surface.
  2. Allow to properly dry.
  3. Check over your work, sand if needed and remove dust.

You're Ready To Paint

For many paints including primers a gallon will cover about 400 square feet, but be sure to check the can for one-coat coverage.  Most of our jobs have included two-coat applications.
